I’m Emily Hsu (pronounced “soo”), the founder and designer of Emily Hsu Designs. As a professional dancer, singer, and actress, I’ve performed in more than a dozen Broadway musicals as well as film and television. I’m also an avid yogi with a lifelong passion for fashion.

In 2014, I began sewing leggings for myself when I couldn’t find activewear that checked all the boxes: high performance, superior fit, functional design, trend-driven style, and a great price point. That’s how our signature seamless high-waist legging was born—sleek, smoothing, and always staying in place.

Every season, I create pieces I genuinely love to wear. I’m drawn to bold prints, luxe fabrics, and of course a little shimmer and sparkle, but most importantly, I want each piece to make you feel confident, powerful, and inspired. My designs are made to last, to be worn on repeat, and to transition seamlessly from studio to street, workout to brunch, or even a night out.
