All the pieces in the collection are high performance 4-way stretch and designed to offer both ease of movement and flattering support. All legging and short styles feature our signature seamless high waist which has no elastic and creates a long, sleek, smooth line. You also have the option of folding it over to create the perfect waistband height based on personal preference. All active pieces are designed with quick-drying and moisture-wicking fabrics which mold to your body as you move. All of the sports bras are fully lined.

We want you to love and wear your pieces for as long as possible, so please follow these simple guidelines for best results.

1) Wash inside out in cold water. Do not use any bleach, boosters, or fabric softeners.

2) Hang dry or lay flat to dry. Do not iron. We find that a small handheld steamer does wonders!

3) The spandex in our pieces is sensitive so please avoid rough surfaces such as velcro, zippers, or concrete as these can cause the fabric to snag or pill. Note that all styles with a foil treatment may fade or discolor slightly or become more matte with wash and wear especially in areas of more friction; this is an industry standard on these types of fabrications and not considered a defect. We do not recommend the legging styles with foil for cycling or any type of fitness activity that requires knee work on carpet or similar textures. For the foil styles in particular please do not use any softeners or boosters as this can fade the foil.

We are always looking for ways to reduce our carbon footprint and be more earth-friendly. We print, cut, and sew all of our pieces locally within the NYC area. Our new packaging is biodegradable, compostable, and recyclable. We currently offer two different types of eco-conscious fabrications.

The Essece Eco Collection features an innovative fabrication knit from biodegradable polyamide yarn:

• The unique Amni Soul Eco® technology maintains the quality and durability of your clothing for as long as you wear and store your pieces
• Luxurious feel and sculpting fit
• Once the garment is discarded and reaches a landfill and comes into contact with microorganisms existing in that anaerobic environment, it activates the yarn's biodegradation (Isn't science cool?)
• Amni Soul Eco® takes approximately three years to be eliminated from the planet, reducing its environmental impact and ensuring a better world for future generations

Our Freestyle Collection features Repreve® recycled polyester yarn:

• Each yard of this fabric uses and eliminates 13 plastic water bottles from the environment
• Super soft and stretchy with perfect compression
• Provides UV protection
• BlueSign and OEKO-TEX® certified

We are happy to offer free standard shipping within the US on all orders $99+. There is a $6.95 flat rate shipping fee for all domestic orders under $99.

Although we usually ship same or next business day, please allow 1-3 days for your order to process. All shipping transit times and delivery dates are estimates only.

If you choose an expedited shipping method we will ship your order the next business day. Please note that although USPS Priority Shipping usually arrives within 1-3 business days the delivery date is not guaranteed, especially during the holiday season. USPS Express Shipping (1-2 business days depending on your address) and UPS express services are the only guaranteed options.

• Duties and taxes are calculated at checkout, so you don't have to pay them upon delivery. 
• DHL Express shipping service is used to ship and deliver products.
• Customers can use their own local currency and a local payment method to pay.

You will receive an email order confirmation after you've placed your order and once your order ships you will receive another email with shipping and tracking information. Please note that delivery dates and transit times are only estimates unless you have purchased expedited shipping with guarantees.

In our experience occasionally USPS orders will track as delivered before they actually arrive. We suggest waiting at least 24 hours or until the next business day and if you still have not received the package please reach out to your local post office.

Unfortunately at this time we are unable to provide prepaid return labels for international customers; international customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns and exchanges and will be charged the additional shipping fee for shipping the exchange items back to customer.

Once we've received your return please allow 5-7 business days to process it. You will receive an email notification. Then it can take an additional 3-10 business days for it to appear on your statement.
