Refund policy
We want you to love your new purchases and we offer easy returns and free exchanges!
Any unworn, unwashed item can be returned/exchanged within 30 days of the ship date your order. Please contact us to obtain authorization before you return your item(s); include your name, order number, and item(s) you want to exchange or return. We will provide a prepaid return label.*
1) If you choose to exchange your item or receive store credit, the return shipping is free and we will also ship your new items out to you free of charge.
2) If you opt for a REFUND, please note that a flat fee of $7.95 for return shipping will be deducted from the amount refunded if you choose to use our return label. All SALE items are FINAL SALE and not eligible for any type of return, refund, exchange or credit.
The fine print: Items must be returned in original condition with tags attached in their original packaging: any damaged or non-resalable items will not be eligible for a full refund. If an item has been worn or washed we cannot accept it back; we are not responsible for any damage that arises during wear and use. Please use care when trying on: any items with makeup or deodorant stains will not be eligible for return or exchange. If you choose not to use the return label provided, we suggest choosing a shipping method with tracking because we cannot be responsible for any lost items. Please note that original shipping charges are not refundable. If you received free shipping in your order the original flat rate shipping cost of $5.95 will be deducted from the amount refunded if the new total is below $99. There is one free exchange per order and after that the customer is responsible for shipping costs both ways. Please allow 5-7 business days from when we receive your item(s) to process your return.
*Exception: there are no prepaid labels provided for orders placed directly via Instagram or Facebook; those customers are responsible for return shipping. There are no prepaid return labels for international customers; international customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns and exchanges and will be charged additional for shipping the exchange items back to customer.)
